Don your mask with style!
No more putting your mask on your chin or placing it on the table to collect or spread germs, blow away, or wonder which pocket you put it in...
I partnered with Desert Dog Designs in Albuquerque to create these wonderful little pieces of jewelry. I wanted to address two things with these:
1. The convenience of taking off and putting on a mask
2. Expressing your fashion while wearing a mask
Each piece of jewelry was designed and is hand-fashioned by Lauren Ball at Desert Dog Designs. Each botanical is set in resin* by Lauren, then assembled with hand-dyed silk, nickle-free and lead-free charms, pendants and clasps.
Each silk ribbon is approximately 18 inches long before the jewelry is added making each final piece about 25 inches long from clasp to clasp.
We are currently offering two designs:
Botanical Pendants design
This design features wooden, or metalic (silver or bronze plated) pendants with real purple and white flowers with ferns resting atop a shimmering backdrop. The lanyard is made with a comfortable hand dyed smokey silk ribbon. There are two large lobster clasps to attach to the bands of your favorite mask ensuring your mask is safe and secure when not in use. Chose your favorite style in the drop-down menu.
Zodiac Charm and Botanicals design
Similar to the Botanicals Pendants, this design features silver plated pendants with real purple and white flowers with ferns resting atop a shimmering blue backdrop. Combined with customizable zodiac charms & beads**, the lanyard is made with a comfortable hand dyed smokey silk ribbon. There are two large silver lobster clasps to attach to the bands of your favorite mask ensuring your mask is safe and secure when not in use. A helpful and chic way to make your mask unforgettable! After Masks aren't required...
Here's the best part: When you no longer need to carry your mask with you, these beautiful pieces of jewelry include a conversion kit so they can be used with your favorite eye glasses!!
